Railway City

St.Thomas is the perfect place to live for people of all ages!  It is a city with a strong sense of community, and a very rich history.  Once upon a time we were known as Railway City because of all of the Railroad traffic that came through our town.  We are proud of where we've come from, where we are, and the direction our city is headed in the future.  Our slogan... St.Thomas Proud!

Location, Location, Location!!! It is always important when considering where to live.  Where else can you get the small town feel with a beach 10 minutes away, big city (sports & entertainment, concerts, Western University, Fanshawe Collage, shopping, an international airport, & fine dining) 20 minutes away, and quaint shops, fruit stands, golf courses & winery's scattered like hidden treasures just minutes from your home?  You are close to main highways that take you to major city centres such as Sarnia/Port Huron, Windsor/Detroit, Toronto, & Niagra Falls/Buffalo all in under 3 hours.  We have beautiful parks complete with hiking, biking & walking trails, tennis/pickleball courts, baseball diamonds, pavilions, splash pads, ponds & flower gardens.  Countless weddings, family picnics, day camps, events, parties & reunions have been enjoyed at Pinafore & Waterworks Parks. St.Thomas has two of the top rated golf courses in Canada, an expanding hospital, a curling club, dog parks, great schools, & three arenas (including the Timkin Centre - home of the St.Thomas Stars!). The best news of all... the PRICE!!!  St.Thomas homes give you by far the greatest value for your money!  The average price of a home in St.Thomas is far less than that of London or Toronto.  Still not sure?  Learn more about our city by clicking on the link >>>>

This community continues to evolve and come into its own while continually developing and improving.  Go for a walk down the newly restored pier and gaze over at the new pier side park that will be opening soon.  Untie your boat from the docks in the Port Stanley Harbour and enjoy a day of fishing, sailing or relaxing out on Lake Erie.  There is always something to do!  Whether it be enjoying the night life at Tappa's on the patio, seeing a live show in the Port Stanley Theatre, or enjoying an ice cream at Broderick's you will always leave with a yearning to come back for more!  Want to learn more about Port Stanley? click on the direct link to their website >>>>
